The Home Building Process With Andrews Development

STEP 1
The process of building every Andrews Development home starts with a relationship. Therefore, when meeting your representative we want to discuss and learn all about the style, and personality of our clients.

STEP 2
This phase consist of planning. We will discuss location, ideas for exterior and interior, Budgets and our contract. We want to make sure that each client has the opportunity to put it all on the table.

STEP 3
This phase is the most important phase out of all. We want to make sure that all drafts, floor plans, and layouts have been cleared by a representative of Andrews Development to begin building.

STEP 4
The final phase consist of adding final touches on the home to make it ready for clients to move into their new home.
